How do we find and select the right tenant?
As experienced property managers we have fine-tuned the tenant prospecting process to be able to attract the high quality tenants prepared to pay a good rental rate. We list our properties with all the online portals as well we accumulate a pre-qualified list of prospective tenants. We vet the tenants and run a 21-point check on each and every one. Full background and rental history checks are done as well. We will interview and look for the flags that we know make the difference between a good long-term tenant and a problem one.

Ormeau is a family-friendly residential suburb in the Gold Coast hinterland, nestled among Beenleigh, Yatala, and Norwell. The Pimpama River follows its southern border. The suburb benefits from its position roughly halfway between Brisbane and Southport, sitting astride the M1 corridor.
The area of present-day Ormeau was initially called “nugul”, an Aboriginal term that means dingo. A sugar plantation called Ormeau was established on this land, meaning elm tree in French. The plantation’s owner could have taken the name from his wife’s birthplace, a district near Belfast in Ireland. Ormeau has been known historically for its fertile soils and rich agricultural yield. Later, gold was found in the area and locals exploited the potential sources until the 1930s.
The modern residential development of the suburb finished in 1984, transforming the locality from a rural and agricultural area to a residential suburb. The Ormeau shopping centre was constructed, as well as a new Railway Station where the line from Brisbane to the Gold Coast gained a stop.
