Chevron Island has central access to Surfers, so it’s the perfect location for those who want to have the advantages of both worlds.

The nearest airport is Gold Coast Airport, 20 kilometers away from Chevron Island. Gold Coast Arts Centre sits on the banks of the Nerang River and across Carrara. The hardest thing when visiting this centre is to choose how to spend your time because there are a number of interesting events from cabaret performances, theatre plays to seminars, every day. Currently under construction in Gold Coast Centre is HOTA – one of the country’s largest galleries. The new gallery will officially open in 2021 and locals expect it will bring tourists in Carrara.
