As experienced property managers we have fine-tuned the tenant prospecting process to be able to attract the high quality tenants prepared to pay a good rental rate. We list our properties with all the online portals as well we accumulate a pre-qualified list of prospective tenants. We vet the tenants and run a 21-point check on each and every one. Reedy Creek is a suburb in the Gold Coast hinterland, West of Burleigh Heads and Palm Beach. Adjacent in the North is Mudgeeraba, while the Pacific Motorway runs along its north-eastern border. The developing residential suburb has a central location, with 18 kilometres to Surfers Paradise and 20 minutes drive to the Gold Coast Airport.

The South Coast Railway line, which operated from 1889 to 1964, crossed the stream at a stopping place named Reedy Creek. This gave the name to the locality that later developed around the short stream that runs from Tallebudgera Valley to Burleigh Waters.

The easy access to the M1 Motorway spurred new residential development at the beginning of this century. The new estate included well-priced larger residential land blocks, many of them elevated, with scenic views over to the coast or the hills.

Today Reedy Creek is an appealing suburb with neatly landscaped, clean streets and well-maintained public areas. Most homes are new, ranging from hilltop acreage properties with a coastal view to quality townhouses.

House prices in Reedy Creek are rising as more and more families buy in the area. In the past three years, house prices have increased by 14.82%. The suburb has a high owner occupancy rate, higher than the average on the Gold Coast. Rental property managers in Reedy Creek estimate the letting vacancy rate at about 1.6%.

The Observatory is a popular location with modern, well-designed houses with spectacular views. The site also has a dog park, picnic area with barbecue facilities, walking and running trails, a restaurant overlooking the coast and more.

Apart from the highway accessibility, there are regular public transport lines, with trains to Brisbane at every 15 minutes in the busiest times of the day. The Varsity train station is a 5-minute drive away from downtown Reedy Creek.

Due to significant efforts put into preserving the local bushland, Reedy Creek boasts a number of quality walking trails, many of them along scenic ridges. Residents have numerous options to go outdoors and explore. For family day trips, the Burleigh Heads National Park is 15 minutes away.

Reedy Creek Reserve protects local animal and plant species such as the Loggerhead Turtle. Residents can even take part in the program for monitoring the turtle’s nesting on the beach near the reserve monitoring program on the beach.

The suburb provides shopping convenience to its residents with its own Woolworths shopping centre, while Robina Town Shopping Centre is very close by.

Reedy Creek has several high-quality private schools, including the King’s Christian, Gold Coast Christian, and Hillcrest colleges. There is no high school in close proximity, but primary schools are available at just a 5-minute drive away in Mudgeeraba and Robina.
