As experienced property managers we have fine-tuned the tenant prospecting process to be able to attract the high quality tenants prepared to pay a good rental rate. We list our properties with all the online portals as well we accumulate a pre-qualified list of prospective tenants. We vet the tenants and run a 21-point check on each and every one. Palm Beach is a beachside suburb on the Gold Coast stretched between Tallebudgera Creek in the North and Currumbin Creek to the South. The suburb, whose sandy beach has held the title of the Sunshine State’s cleanest beach three times, offers a laid back lifestyle in close proximity to the Gold Coast hub.

The land of today’s Palm Beach was originally a sugar plantation started by Queensland parliamentarian Henry Jordan in 1873. Initially, access to today’s Palm Beach depended on crossing the Tallebudgera Creek, but in 1903 the railway line from Brisbane to the Tweed brought its first passengers to the area by land. This spurred the residential development and by the 1920s, there were already about 20 beachside homes in the area. Bridges appeared over the two creeks in 1926.

Palm Beach is a quiet area, although one of the most densely populated on the Gold Coast, with a population of nearly 14,000. The clean, sandy beaches and breathtaking views are the biggest allure for home buyers and visitors alike.

Getting to and out of Palm Beach is easy. With the convenient positioning between the Pacific Motorway and the Gold Coast Highway, major locations are within a close reach, such as the Gold Coast Airport just a 5-minute drive away, or Surfers Paradise at 15 minutes away.

The suburb used to be popular with retirees who retreated to its sunny shores for a quiet life. In 2001 up to 24% of its population was taken up by residents aged 65 years or older, but this figure has dropped in recent years. Today, the average income of Palm Beach residents is $735. A significant number of families and young couples buy properties for renovation or rebuilding, prompting a livelier, yet laid back atmosphere and a more stylish residential appearance.

The northern part of the suburb, called Pacific Beach earlier, was transformed into the Awonga and Waidup lakes in the 1960s, and a canal estate later sprang up there. The Jefferson Lane beachfront, one of the most scenic streets on the Gold Coast, is known as the “millionaire’s row” since a lot of celebrities own properties there. Besides the combination of beautiful nature, dunes and idyllic sandy beaches, Palm Beach offers quite a bit of greenery and numerous water sports facilities within a walking distance. The Gold Coast’s best children’s playground, Laguna Park, is one of the nine parks in Palm Beach. The adjacent Burleigh Heads National Park offers even more opportunities for outdoor outings.

Palm Beach State Primary (1974) and the Palm Beach Currumbin State High School in neighbouring Currumbin cater to the education needs of local school children.

Palm Beach also offers everything from restaurants and cafes, to hairdressers and beauty salons, as well as plenty of shopping options, with Robina city centre at just a 20-minute drive away.
