Located on the northern side of the City of Gold Coast, Maudsland is a rural suburb that offers its residents the opportunity of a peaceful and quiet lifestyle in the abundance of parks and rivers. Bounded on the west by the Coomera River and the Nerang National Park on the east – properties in Maudsland promise serenity alongside magnificent landscapes.

Families with kids, couples and retirees that want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Brisbane or the glam of Surfers Paradise, will find the perfect shelter in the spacious villas and mansions down in Maudsland.

Maudsland is a naturally beautiful oasis sheltered by tall pines and native bushlands. The area also features tranquil natural streams, lakes, and parklands as well as bike and walking trails. There are numerous sporting facilities where locals like to spend their free time.

The Tuxedo Junction and Huntington Downs are acreage estates that have the perfect location for growing families and offer their residents large areas of recreational parklands, lakes, creeks and walking tracks. They are bordered by the beautiful Nerang National Park. Huntington Rise, a new non-acreage estate is currently under construction in Maudsland.

The suburb also has easy access to the M1 Motorway – Brisbane on the north and Coolangatta Airport on the south are just 40 minutes away. It also has a good connection to the Helensvale train station. Maudsland Road is one of the busiest roads in the suburb.

Harbour Town, the shopping oasis on the Gold Coast is also a mere 15-minute drive from anywhere in Maudsland. Harbour Town is an outlet shopping centre that has over 240 stores, plenty of food outlets and a great cinema complex. The outside palm-lined area has great places to sit and relax and fun playgrounds for the kids. The mall is also wheelchair-friendly and has a big parking area. Westfield Carindale shopping centre is also a short drive away from Maudsland.
