As experienced property managers we have fine-tuned the tenant prospecting process to be able to attract the high quality tenants prepared to pay a good rental rate. We list our properties with all the online portals as well we accumulate a pre-qualified list of prospective tenants. We vet the tenants and run a 21-point check on each and every one. Full background and rental history checks are done as well. We will interview and look for the flags that we know make the difference between a good long-term tenant and a problem one.

Seven kilometres inland from Southport and only four kilometres from Surfers Paradise, Benowa is one of the Gold Coast suburbs that combine easy access to the coastline with a more economical and peaceful living.

The Benowa suburb houses the Gold Coast Regional Botanic Gardens, the Royal Pines golf course and one of the largest healthcare centres on the Gold Coast, the Pindara Private Hospital. Established in 1870, this residential locality has continued to attract private investments due to its proximity to the beaches and plenty of amenities that render it family-friendly.

Scottish sugar cane grower Robert Muir started a plantation on the north bank of Nerang river in 1970 and called it Benowa, the first recorded use of the name. One view locates the name’s origin in the Bundjalung language word “boonow”, meaning bloodwood.

Today, Benowa offers a variety of property types, as reflected in its diverse population of nearly 9,000. Stretched out on the north bank of the Nerang River, with plenty of canals and lakes, the area abounds in premier waterfront properties perfect for boat owners.
